💬 Comments
- The Comments feature allows employees and approvers to exchange notes directly inside an expense entry. This helps clarify details, request additional documents, or provide feedback without sending emails.
Adding a Comment (Mobile App)

Open the Expenses menu.

Tap the expense entry.

- Tap the Comment button at the top right corner.

- Write your message and tap Send.
Viewing Comments
- All comments appear in the Comments section of the expense entry.
