Video KYC (VKYC) is the final step to achieving Full KYC status. It is a live, secure, and regulated process that unlocks the complete range of PerksPe features, including card issuance and high-value spending.
Why VKYC is Mandatory
To provide you with a personal RuPay Card and remove restrictive spending limits, we must comply with RBI guidelines for identity verification. VKYC is the most convenient way to do this remotely.

Pre-requisites for VKYC
Before you start the session, ensure you have the following ready:

The VKYC Process
The entire session typically takes between 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 1: Initiate
- Log in to the PerksPe app.
- Navigate to Settings → VKYC.
- Tap Start VKYC.
Step 2: The Video Session
- A trained agent will join the call shortly.
- You will be asked to state your name and show your Physical PAN Card to the camera.
- The agent may take a live photograph of you for record-keeping.
Step 3: Completion
- Once the agent confirms your details, the session will end.
- Your status will update to "Verified" after background checks are completed.
Tips for a Smooth Session
- Have your original ID handy: Digital copies or photos of your PAN card will not be accepted.
- Maintain Eye Contact: Stay within the camera frame throughout the session.
- Check Permissions: Ensure your browser or app has permission to access your camera and microphone.
