📹 Video KYC Process Overview

  • Video KYC is a digital process that lets you complete your identity verification remotely through a video call. It serves as an enhanced verification method after the minimum KYC is complete.

How to do VKYC

a. Navigate "Settings" in the top right corner.

b. At the bottom you will find "Complete VKYC"

Process Steps

  • The overall process is broken down into four stages, with three main steps for the user:

a. Fill in your personal details: Enter information like Father's Name, Date of Birth, Current/Permanent Address, Aadhaar Number, and PAN Number.

b. Review your information: Verify all the details you entered before final submission.

c. Complete video verification: Start the actual video call for identity verification after successfully submitting your details.

📝 Requirements

  • To successfully complete the process, you need:

a. Valid Aadhaar Card

b. Valid PAN Card

c. Stable internet connection

  • The process is estimated to take approximately 10–15 minutes.

  • The process moves through the following screens:

a. Start Screen: Shows the KYC status and the benefits, with a "Start Video KYC" button.

b. Introduction Screen: Explains What is Video KYC? outlines the Process Steps and Requirements. Requires checking a box to understand and agree before clicking "Continue".

c. Personal Details Input: A form to fill in all required personal and KYC details. The button is "Review Details".

d. Review Details: Allows you to verify the submitted personal, address, KYC, and PAN details before clicking "Submit".

e. Submission Success: Confirms "Details Submitted Successfully!" and displays a VCIP ID field. The final step is to click "Start Video KYC".

  • After completing the VKYC your account is fully activated.
